Live Caricature Drawing at Festivals and Fairs
My caricatures are more than just funny drawings — they’re miniature stories captured in bold lines and expressive shapes. I approach each portrait like a collaboration, finding the little quirks, gestures, and expressions that make someone unique, then distilling that into a single, striking image.
Blending my pop surrealist style with fast, intuitive sketching, I create portraits that are whimsical yet personal — playful exaggeration without losing likeness or personality. Whether it’s drawn live at an event or commissioned privately, each piece celebrates the person in front of me while adding a layer of humor and charm.
At festivals and events, I average 10–12 portraits per hour, keeping the energy lively and interactive. People gather around, watching friends and strangers come to life on the page, and the moment becomes as memorable as the keepsake itself.
For me, caricature isn’t just about making people laugh — it’s about capturing connection. Every line tells a little story.
