The Spooky Letter Characters series is a mischievous twist on Graphic Expressionism, where each letter of the alphabet takes on a Halloween-inspired personality. From grinning ghosts to grumpy goblins, every character started as a simple letterform and grew into a tiny world of quirks, moods, and eerie stories.

I treated the series as a month-long exploration in mood, letting shapes, gestures, and shadows shape each design. Each figure teases a narrative, encouraging viewers to linger, spot hidden details, and enjoy the strange connections between them.

Originally shared as a Halloween video series on my YouTube channel, the project blends bold linework, saturated colors, and playful spookiness—turning the alphabet into a parade of delightfully weird characters.
